Pakistan violates ceasefire on LoC in Poonch

Mendhar:DD, Pakistan Army has violated cease fire in Digwar on the Line of Control (LoC) in village Noorkote of tehsil Haveli, Poonch.
As per the sources, the Pakistani Army opened an unprovoked firing across the LoC using small arms.
It was learnt that around 6/7 rounds were fired with small weapons.
In retaliation, the sources said that the Indian Army troops also fired, silencing the enemy fire.
Till the filling of this report, the LoC was peaceful but full alertness is being observed by the Indian Army to deal with any kind of provocation.DD
