Jammu: TDD,Pawan Sharma, senior BJP leader, has issued a scathing condemnation of Iltija Mufti’s recent inflammatory remarks against Hindutva, describing it as an act of desperation. Sharma stated that the people of Kashmir have already rejected her and her mother’s party, the PDP, leading to her frustration and adoption of divisive rhetoric.

She is championing the cause of ‘Break India’ forces and aligning with the Tukde Tukde gang. By abusing Hindus, the world’s most tolerant community, she is playing with fire and pushing a dangerous agenda,” Sharma said.

He elaborated that Hindutva, which translates to “Hinduness,” is interchangeable with the Hindu religion. “In everyday language, Hindu and Hindutva are synonymous, much like Muslim and Islam. Her statements are not only uninformed but also malicious, intended to create discord and offend Hindu sentiments worldwide,” he added.

Sharma contended that Iltija Mufti’s statements were motivated by malice, seeking to divert media attention away from the violent attacks against Hindus in Bangladesh. He condemned her actions as a “cheap publicity stunt” designed to reestablish her relevance in public discourse.

Sharma pointed out that Iltija Mufti’s blasphemous and inflammatory statements are a clear attempt to offend the sentiments of Hindus globally, prompting law enforcement agencies to initiate strict proceedings against her.

Pawan Sharma noted that the BJP remains firm in its commitment to protecting the rights, dignity, and sentiments of all communities, while rejecting actions that attempt to disturb communal harmony.TDD
