Udhampur, DD: -Today a piping ceremony was held at the Sher-i-Kashmir Police Academy (SKPA Udhampur). During the event, Shri Garib Dass, IPS, ADGP, Director SKPA Udhampur adorned the ranks of newly promoted officers including SI Sham Lal, SI Mohd. Shah Saddiqui, SI Roshan Lal, SI Sardari Lal and SI Charan Dass. The Director congratulated the promotee officers and emphasized that promotions not only elevate their status within the Police department, but also come with encouraged responsibilities and challenges. He encouraged the officers to approach their new roles with enthusiasm & dedication. The ceremony was attended by senior officers of SKPA Udhampur including Shri Rajinder Kumar Gupta, IPS, SSP, Dy. Director (Indoor/Trg.), Shri Rajesh Bali, IPS, SSP, Dy. Director (Outdoor), Shri Ramnish Gupta, JKPS, SSP, Dy. Director (Admn) and Shri Sunil Kumar Sawhney, Dy.SP Private Secretary to Director SKPA.
