Police officers express gratitude to LG Manoj Sinha for restructuring JKPS cadre

Srinagar,(TDD):he officers of the Jammu and Kashmir Police Service (JKPS) express their deepest gratitude to the Honourable Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, the Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary Home Department and the Director General of Police for their visionary leadership in restructuring the JKPS cadre and notifying the long-awaited rules after seven years. This progressive step not only recognizes the services of the officers but also acknowledges the relentless efforts of the entire police force, who have consistently been at the forefront in countering Pakistan-sponsored terrorism and maintaining peace in the region.

The trust and recognition of J&K Police’s dedication serve as a powerful motivator, encouraging JKPS officers to continue serving with even greater commitment. This restructuring will undoubtedly boost the morale of the officer cadre, providing renewed vigor to uphold our duty towards the welfare and safety of the people of Jammu and Kashmir and the nation.
