Kishtwar, DD, Power restoration work in Kishtwar remained suspended on Thursday evening after authorities failed to make lighting arrangements at the repair site. Officials from NHPC and TLMD Division III were unable to continue restoration due to darkness, leaving large parts of the district without electricity.
Residents expressed resentment, blaming the administration for not taking timely measures to ensure continuity of work. They alleged that the delay reflects administrative failure and indifference towards the hardships faced by the public.DD
