Leh: As part of the ‘Prashasan Gaon Ki Ore–2025’ campaign, a Mimang–Si–sJabstogs (Administration at Your Doorstep) outreach camp was organised at Kharnakling Community Hall, with the objective of strengthening grassroots governance and ensuring effective delivery of government services.
The camp was welcomed by the Nambardars (Gobas), including Tsering Palgais, Chemet Doejay, Tashi Gombo, and Tashi Rabstan, who extended a warm reception to the Nodal Officer, Mr Tsering Tashi, along with officers and officials from various departments
Officials from the departments of Horticulture, Power Development, Health, Social Welfare, Public Health Engineering (PHE), Rural Development, Education, DYSSO Leh, and other line departments attended the camp. The departments facilitated on-the-spot delivery of services, addressed public grievances, and disseminated information on various government schemes and welfare programmes.
The Nodal Officer briefed the public on the objectives of the campaign and emphasised the importance of coordinated departmental efforts to ensure timely service delivery at the grassroots level.
He also encouraged villagers to actively utilise government welfare schemes and participate in such outreach initiatives.
During the camp, villagers submitted applications and grievances to the Nodal Officer, who assured that all genuine concerns would be forwarded to the concerned authorities for timely and appropriate redressal.
The programme witnessed active participation from villagers and departmental officials, reflecting the administration’s continued commitment to responsive, transparent, and people-centric governance under the ‘Prashasan Gaon Ki Ore–2025’ initiative.DD
