Srinagar: DD, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Friday claimed that a conspiracy has been launched to defame elected Govt by bulldozing a journalist’s house in Jammu adopting a selective manner without the consent of the concerned minister in his Govt.
Speaking to the media, the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah blamed Raj Bhawan for undermining the elected Govt by making appointments of the officials directly without taking into confidence his Govt.
He alleged that the Jammu Development Authority (JDA) has acted without the consent of the elected Govt or informing the concerned minister.

“The minister was not informed. I have sought a list of the encroachers list from the JDA,” said Omar Abdullah, while accusing JDA for a selective approach in targeting particular individuals, and their areas in Jammu division.
These buildozers do not go to the other encroached areas, but the JDA’s approach is selective, he added, while breaking his silence that was questioned by the people who claimed that the journalist’s house was demolished to silence his voice.
He said that the Development Authority’s CEOs shall be appointed by the elected Govt.DD
