Udhampur : DD, Regional AWWA Northern Command Udhampur proudly hosted the much-awaited event ‘DHRUVA TARA ASMITA 2025’ on 01 November 2025 at Chinar Complex, Udhampur. The event served as a powerful platform for resilient Army Wives and Veer Naris to share their deeply moving life experiences. Their heartfelt stories of courage, sacrifice, and determination resonated across the AWWA fraternity, leaving a lasting emotional impact and inspiring everyone to continue being the ‘Pillars of Strength’ behind the Olive Greens.
The highlight of the event was the presence of Mrs. Manju Singh, wife of Dr. Jitendra Singh, Hon’ble Minister of Science and Technology, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Her encouraging words and presence added value and warmth to the celebration.
Mrs Shinei Sharma, Regional President AWWA, Northern Command, thanked the distinguished guests, felicitated the participants and acknowledged the unwavering spirit of the women, who despite facing life’s toughest challenges, continue to shine with grace, strength, and positivity.
