Representatives of All Ladakh Daily Rated Workers call on CEC Tashi Gyalson

Leh, DD: The Hon’ble Chairman/CEC, LAHDC Leh, Adv. Tashi Gyalson, was called on by the President of All Ladakh Daily Rated Workers (DRWs), Phunchok Angchuk, and Vice President, Stanzin Dorjey.

The representatives conveyed their heartfelt gratitude to the CEC on behalf of All Ladakh Daily Rated Workers for the extension of benefits under the consolidated guidelines of the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT).

This significant decision benefits 1,900 DRWs across various departments of UT Ladakh, acknowledging their invaluable contributions in maintaining essential services. The extended benefits will provide enhanced job security, improved working conditions, and well-deserved recognition for their dedication and hard work.

Chairman/CEC, Adv. Tashi Gyalson, expressed his deep gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji, Home Minister Amit Shah Ji, and Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh Brigadier (Dr) BD Mishra (Retd), for their support in making this long-awaited decision a reality.

Additionally, the Hon’ble CEC congratulated the workers and reaffirmed LAHDC Leh’s commitment to ensuring fair and progressive policies that uplift and empower Ladakh’s workforce.DD
