RETIRED POLICE OFFICER’S WELFARE MEASURES AND GRIEVANCES REVIEWED IN KISHTWAR

 

 

 

Kishtwar,DD:In a dedicated effort to address the welfare and concerns of retired police personnel, SSP Kishtwar, Naresh Singh-JKPS, held a meeting with retired police officers at the Conference Hall, DPO Kishtwar.

The meeting aimed to ensure that retirees remain connected to the police organization and informed about the welfare measures available to them.

SSP Kishtwar warmly welcomed the participants, expressing gratitude for their time and service.
He assured them that the police department is always at their disposal, emphasizing they are still valued members of the police family.
SSP Kishtwar encouraged the retirees to approach any officer or unit whenever in need and welcomed their suggestions, acknowledging the respect and appreciation the department holds for their years of service.

Various welfare initiatives for retired personnel and their families were highlighted, encouraging them to take advantage of the available support systems.
The retired officers also raised their issues, to which SSP Kishtwar provided a patient hearing, assuring them that their grievances would be forwarded to appropriate authorities for resolution.

The meeting was attended by Additional SP (PC) Kishtwar Nisar Khoja-JKPS, SHO PS Kishtwar Insp Firdous Ahmed and other officers. It concluded with a vote of thanks and a commitment to regularly organize such meetings to stay connected with retired personnel and ensure their concerns are addressed.DD
