“Ride with Pride” Women’s Biker Rally Flagged Off from Council Secretariat, Leh

Leh:DD, A team of 26 spirited female bikers from the Shakti Udghosh Foundation, led by Dr. Preeti Chaudhary, was flagged off today from the Council Secretariat, LAHDC Leh for a remarkable journey themed “Ride with Pride.”

The rally will cover Pangong, Rezang La, Hanle, and return to Leh, carrying a strong message of women empowerment and national pride.

The mission is dedicated to Operation Sindoor and also commemorates Kargil Vijay Diwas, paying tribute to the courage and sacrifice of our armed forces.

The flag-off ceremony was graced by the Deputy Chairman, LAHDC Leh, Tsering Angchuk, and SSP Leh, Shruti Arora.

Both officials interacted with the team and appreciated their efforts.

In his remarks, Dy. Chairman Tsering Angchuk praised the initiative and said, “This rally is an inspiration for the entire country. It shows the courage and determination of women who are ready to ride for a cause greater than themselves.”

SSP Shruti Arora also expressed her appreciation for the bikers, sharing that it was a motivating experience to meet the team and hear about their mission.DD
