Mendhar: DD, The Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) of Indian Army on Wednesday destroyed a rusted mortar shell after its recovery from forward area on Line of Control (LoC) Balnoi sector in Mankote Sector.
“The rusted shell was recovered by the Indian Army troops on forward location along the LoC in Balnoi during a patrolling duty at Dabraj near Ziyarat Mehra Sharief,” said the official sources.
The Army’s BDS team reached on spot, and they disposed of it off at the safer location. Further details are awaited.DD
