Kargil, DD, Sajjad Hussain Ladakhi, a social activist and political representative of Jamiat Ul Ulama Isna Asharia (Islamia School), Kargil, today called upon the Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Kavinder Gupta to submit a memorandum highlighting regional concerns.
