Sankoo, DD, Sankoo Campus Government Degree College (GDC) Kargil celebrated Constitution Day with enthusiasm and reverence. The event aimed to highlight the importance of the Indian Constitution and to inspire constitutional values among students and staff.
As part of the celebration, a pledge based on the Preamble of the Indian Constitution was solemnly recited by a student of 3rd semester. The program was commenced with a special address by Ms Farida Banoo, Assistant Librarian. In her address, she emphasized the significance, evolution and unique features of the Indian Constitution, reminding participants of its role in shaping the world’s largest democracy.
The program was organized under the guidance of Dr. Saleem Ahmad, Nodal Officer and witnessed active participation from all faculty members and students of Sankoo Campus, GDC Kargil.
The event concluded with a renewed commitment to uphold the constitutional values of justice, liberty, equality and fraternity.DD
