Srinagar, (DD) Education Minister Sakina Itoo today announced that all schools across Kashmir will reopen tomorrow, marking the end of the scheduled summer vacation.
She confirmed that there will be no extension in the break, and educational institutions will resume classes on Tuesday, July 8.
As per the directive, schools located within municipal limits will operate from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM, while those in rural areas will function from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
In a notable addition, students will be required to attend online classes for two hours after a one-hour break upon returning home.
“The schedule has been designed keeping in view the prevailing weather conditions and the academic needs of the students,” the minister stated(DD)
