Hiranagar, DD, In a significant stride towards ensuring efficient delivery of government services, Sh. Phulail Singh, JKAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Hiranagar, today visited Chak Changa in Hiranagar Tehsil, a border area, to conduct a first-hand appraisal of the working of various departments.
During his visit, the SDM conducted a public grievance redressal camp, providing an opportunity for the local residents to raise their concerns and have them addressed by the concerned departments. He also conducted a partal of girdawari, as the girdawari session is currently ongoing.
The SDM further inspected various government institutions, including medical sub-centers, Anganwadi centers, and schools, to check the punctuality and attendance of government officials. Emphasizing the importance of quality and timely delivery of services, he stressed that the administration is committed to ensuring that the public receives the best possible support.
The SDM assured the public that the sub-divisional administration is available round the clock to address their concerns and grievances. He was accompanied by concerned officials from various departments, who were also available to respond to public queries and concerns.
The local residents expressed their appreciation for the proactive approach of the newly joined SDM and the outreach initiatives undertaken by the officer.DD
