Kishtwar,TDD,Sh. Javaid Iqbal-JKPS assumed the charge as the Sr. Superintendent of Police (SSP) in Kishtwar today.The new incumbent was warmly received by Senior Police officers at the District Police Headquarters, where a guard of honour was presented in his honor.
The outgoing SSP, Sh. Abdul Qayoom-JKPS, handed over the baton to the new SSP Kishtwar Sh. Javaid Iqbal-JKPS in a brief but impressive function.
Upon assuming the charge, SSP Kishtwar held an introductory meeting with Police officers of the Police District. In his address, he emphasized the importance of dedication and enthusiasm in addressing the problems faced by the people of Kishtwar. The new SSP stressed the need for teamwork and directed every officer to maintain open communication, keeping their doors always open for the general public to easily reach out with their concerns.
