Srinagar,DD: The State Investigation Agency (SIA) on Wednesday carried out searches at two locations in South Kashmir in connection with the escape case of a Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist.
An official that simultaneous raids were conducted in Awantipora and Bijbehara areas early this morning. The searches are being carried out to trace further leads into the escape incident.
The case pertains to Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist Amin Baba’s escape to Pakistan. The searches were going on when the last reports came in. (KNC)
