Jammu: DD, The sleuths of State Investigation Agency (SIA) accompanied by the local police team today conducted a survey in the office premises of the Kashmir Times in Jammu, one of the oldest and prominent newspapers of Jammu and Kashmir.
As per the news reports, the SIA officials reached the office with regard to alleged involvement of the newspaper in anti-national activities.
“The SIA has filed a FIR against the executive editor of the newspaper and accordingly, these raids are being conducted in which electronic devices were checked,” the reports quoting the case said.
It was claimed that the investigation was aimed to investigate alleged “anti-national activities/disaffection against the country.” (Agencies)
