Six soldiers injured in landmine explosion along LoC in Bhawani Sector in Rajouri

Mendhar: DD,Six Army jawans today sustained injuries in an accidental explosion along the Line of Control in Makri area falling in Bhawani sector of Nowshera, Rajouri.
As per the reports, the Army jawans were on their routine patrol duty along the LoC, when they accidently stepped over a landmine. In the explosion of the mine, the reports added that the soldiers in the patrolling team sustained multiple injuries.
Immediately, a rescue operation was launched and the injured were evacuated to the General Hospital in Rajouri.
The initial reports suggest that the soldiers of the Indian Army have sustained minor injuries. However, the investigation has been initiated into the matter.DD
