Soldier injured in landmine explosion near LoC in Poonch

MENDHAR: DD, An Indian Army soldier sustained injuries in a landmine explosion near the Line of Control (LoC), Bagyal Dara falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Poonch.
As per the initial reports, the soldier was on routine patrol duty, when he inadvertently stepped on a landmine, triggering an explosion in which the soldier sustained multiple injuries.
The injured soldier was evacuated to the hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, an investigation has been started into the incident.DD
