Srinagar Police Sets Up Dedicated Helpline for Victims of Terrorism

New grievance cell to offer vital support and redressal to affected families in district

Srinagar, (DD)In a meaningful step towards victim care and community engagement, Srinagar Police has established a dedicated grievance cell at the District Police Office to address the concerns of individuals and families affected by terrorism within the district.

This initiative is designed to facilitate the registration and resolution of complaints, ensuring that those impacted by acts of terrorism receive timely support—both administrative and logistical.

🕙 Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Officials have assured that all grievances will be treated with utmost sensitivity and urgency, and relevant information will be promptly shared with the concerned authorities for appropriate action.
