Kathua,DD: SSP Kathua Mohita Sharma held a public meeting with the people of Mahanpur.
The SSP was accompanied by SP Operations (Upper Kathua) Aumer Iqbal (JKPS) conducted extensive tour of Upper Kathua and they conducted PCPG meeting at Mahanpur.
The meeting was attended by ex-panches, ex-sarpanches, social activists, and prominent citizens of the area.
During the meeting various issues of public importance were raised.
SSP Kathua patiently listened to the issues and redressed some of the issues on spot and further assured the people that their remaining genuine issues would be resolved on priority.
Thereafter, SSP Kathua visited Interstate naka at Atal Setu, interacted with the team of deployed police officer/officials there and also issued necessary directions to them.
During visit to Police Station Basholi SSP Kathua inspected police building, checked crime record and issued necessary directions to SHO Basholi for further improvement of crime disposal figures.
An interactive session was also held with newly posted PSIs and they were instructed to work with more zeal and enthusiasm.
Later, SSP Kathua inspected ongoing work on the new Police station building of Police Station Basholi at Rehan Basholi and issued necessary directions to SHO police station Basholi for its timely completion.DD
