SSP KISHTWAR HOLDS MEETING WITH SENIOR CITIZENS TO STRENGTHEN POLICE-PUBLIC RELATIONS

Kishtwar, DD, In a significant outreach initiative, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kishtwar, Javaid Iqbal Mir-JKPS, held a meeting with senior citizens of Kishtwar district to foster better police-public relations and address public concerns.

The meeting, attended by prominent senior citizens of the district, provided a platform for constructive dialogue on various issues related to law and order, public safety, and community policing. The senior citizens lauded the efforts of Kishtwar Police in maintaining peace and security in the region and shared their valuable suggestions for further improving policing services.

SSP Kishtwar Javaid Iqbal Mir-JKPS assured the attendees of prompt action on their grievances and emphasized the importance of community participation in crime prevention and social harmony. He reiterated that the police department remains committed to ensuring the safety and security of all citizens, particularly the elderly, and urged them to report any suspicious activities or anti-social elements in their neighborhoods.

The meeting concluded with SSP Kishtwar thanking the senior citizens for their participation and reaffirming the commitment of J&K Police Police to work in close coordination with the public for a safer and more secure society.DD
