TENSION MOUNTS: Pakistan opens unprovoked fire across LoC in Nowshera, Sunderbani, Akhnoor, Baramulla, Kupwara & IB Pragwal in Jammu

JAMMU/MENDHAR/SRINAGAR: DD, Tension continues to mount across the Line of Control as Pakistan once again opens unprovoked fire in Rajouri, Akhnoor, Baramulla and Kupwara districts and International Border at Pargwal Sector.
As per the defence spokesperson, during the night of 29-30 April 2025, Pakistan Army posts initiated unprovoked small-arms fire across the Line of Control opposite the Naushera, Sunderbani and Akhnoor sectors in Jammu region.
Meanwhile, the Pakistani Army also opened unprovoked small arms fire from their posts across the Line of Control in Baramulla and Kupwara districts, as well as across the International Border in the Pargwal sector, the defence spokesperson added.
To silence the enemy guns, the Indian Army responded appropriately.
For the last four to five days, Pakistan has continued to violate the ceasefire along the Line of Control. Similarly, the International Border also witnessed violations at Pragwal Sector.DD
