Udhampur :DD, A Thana Diwas gathering was held at Police Station Panchari, chaired by SDPO Sukhvir Singh. The event saw participation from various Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) members, including DDC Panchari Jasvir Singh, former sarpanches, and local residents.
Attendees raised several issues of public importance and received assurances that legitimate police-related grievances would be addressed promptly, while civil administration matters would be forwarded to the appropriate authorities for swift resolution.
During the event, participants were also educated about NCL (Naxal Crime Linkage), crimes against women, and drug abuse concerns prevalent in the region.DD
