Jammu, TDD,According to SSP Special Crime Wing Jammu, Sh. Sanjay Parihar, the case began with a written complaint about a fake Selection-cum-Appointment order issued by a government department. The order was found to be completely fake and forged, with no number or date, and was likely created with the intention of duping vulnerable youth and damaging the department’s reputation.
After a thorough investigation, the accused was identified as Jameel Anjum Mir, and the offences under sections 419, 420, 465, and 468 of the IPC were established against him. Mir is a habitual offender with 07 other cases registered against him in the Crime Branch and other police stations in Jammu.
The charge sheet was presented before the Hon’ble court of Municipal Mobile Magistrate Jammu for judicial determination.
