Four Dead, One Injured in Serli Katra Road Accident

Katra:DD, In a tragic road accident at Serli, Katra, four persons lost their lives while another sustained serious injuries on Tuesday.

Official sources said that the deceased have been identified as Jeet Lal, 50, son of Munshi Ram, resident of Muttal, Udhampur; Bichitra Kumar, 67, resident of Subarnapur, Odisha; Jogindra Matari, 66, resident of Subarnapur, Odisha; and Kabita Sahu, 58, daughter of Rajkumar Das, resident of Subarnapur, Odisha.

LG Manoj Sinha pays obeisance at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine, Katra

The injured has been identified as Snehalata Matari, 56, resident of Odisha. She was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment, official sources added.

Cognizance of the matter has been taken and further investigation initiated. (KNC)
