Three JNV Kishtwar Students Win Prestigious INSPIRE Manak Award

Kishtwar: DD, Three students from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) Kishtwar have been selected for the prestigious INSPIRE Manak Award, a national initiative aimed at fostering innovation and entrepreneurship among young minds.

The winners—Adarsh Kumar (Class 6), Sonam Tenzin (Class 6), and Momin Azad (Class 8)—will each receive ₹10,000 to develop their innovative ideas into working prototypes. If their projects advance to the national level, they will have the opportunity to present their innovations on an international stage in Japan.

JNV Kishtwar Principal Kamal Jeet Bhatti congratulated the students, their guiding teachers, and parents, commending their dedication and hard work. “This achievement underscores the school’s commitment to fostering creativity and scientific exploration,” Bhatti said.

The INSPIRE Manak Award, part of a central government initiative, recognizes outstanding young innovators across India, providing them with financial and mentorship support to transform their ideas into practical solutions.DD
