International Border on high alert

Mendhar/Jammu: DD, Three civilian have lost their lives in cross Line of Control (LoC) fire in Poonch District, during last night.
As the tension continued to escalate, the army spokesperson said that “During the night of 06-07 May 2025, Pakistan Army resorted to arbitrary firing including Artillery shelling from posts across the Line of Control and IB opposite J&K.”
He said that three innocent civilians lost their lives in indiscriminate firing/shelling.
The Indian Army is responding in a proportionate manner, he added.
The situation on the International Border also has become tense and high alertness is being observed. More details are awaited,DD
