KATRA: DD, Atleast three pilgrims sustained minor injuries in a huge landslide triggered by heavy rains enroute to Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine.
“Heavy rains triggered landslides, and boulders that have blocked the area as well as injured three pilgrims near Banganga area,” said the initial reports.
The reports claim that the injured were evacuated from the spot, and the machinery was pressed into service to remove the huge debris and boulders from the track area. The rescue operation is in progress. Further details are awaited.DD
