Udhampur :DD- Police team from PS Rehambal led by its SHO while performing vehicle checking duty at naka point Rehambal apprehended two suspicious persons namely Sumit Suri S/O Sh. Roshan Lal Suri R/O MH Road Udhampur and Sahil Bhat S/O Nishat Ullah R/O Gangera, Udhampur who were coming from Jammu side towards Udhampur by foot and turned to be suspicious as they tried to fled away from the spot on seeing police team.
Upon conducting thorough frisking of both apprehended persons, 4.30 grams of heroin like substance was recovered from their possession who have been arrested on spot.
On this, a case FIR No. 21/2025 under relevant sections of law stands registered at PS Rehambal.Further investigation of the case is underway.DD
