Two J&K Govt Employees Terminated Over Alleged Lashkar-e-Taiba Links

Srinagar,(DD): The Jammu and Kashmir administration on Friday dismissed two government employees from service for their alleged involvement with the proscribed terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT).

The employees have been identified as Khurshid Ahmed Rather, a teacher from Karnah, and Siyad Ahmad Khan, an Assistant Stockman from Keran. According to officials, security agencies found credible evidence suggesting their role in aiding militant activities.

The termination orders were issued under provisions that allow the government to act against employees posing a threat to the security of the state(DD)
