UIDAI Regional Office, Chandigarh conducts mega training program for Aadhaar Operators and Supervisors in Leh

Leh, DD, The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Regional Office Chandigarh, in collaboration with the Department of Information Technology, UT of Ladakh, successfully conducted a comprehensive training program for Aadhaar Operators and Supervisors at the District Panchayat Resource Centre, Leh.

The training session was inaugurated by Ms. Taruna Kataria, Deputy Director, UIDAI RO Chandigarh, along with Mr. Taief Mir and Mr. Vinay D, Assistant Managers, UIDAI RO Chandigarh.

In her address, Ms. Kataria highlighted UIDAI’s recent initiatives aimed at improving Aadhaar services and appreciated the dedication of field operators in enrolment, mobile-based updates (MBU), and their enthusiastic participation in the workshop.

The workshop witnessed the participation of over 90 Aadhaar Operators and Supervisors from across the region. It was designed to strengthen their technical capabilities, ensure adherence to data security standards, and enhance overall efficiency in Aadhaar enrolment and update (E&U) processes.

Key highlights of the training included the refresher training on Aadhaar enrolment and Update (E&U) procedures, introduction to advanced tools, including the Universal enrolment client, best practices in data security and regulatory compliance, interactive Q&A and troubleshooting sessions.

This initiative underscores UIDAI RO Chandigarh’s commitment to building capacity at the grassroots level and enhancing the Aadhaar ecosystem for seamless and citizen-centric service delivery.DD
