Akhnoor: DD, Fifty-four NCC girl cadets recently embarked on a remarkable journey to the Line of Control (LC), where they spent an entire day with the courageous soldiers of the Indian Army.
The cadets were deeply immersed in the life of our armed forces, cherishing each moment of this unforgettable experience.
The visit included a detailed briefing on the strategic Operation Sindoor, highlighting the Indian Army’s efforts in safeguarding the nation’s security.
Additionally, the cadets were introduced to various career avenues in the Army and given a first-hand experience with the newly inducted New Generation Weapons, including the opportunity to fire the indigenous AK-203 Assault Rifle, a symbol of India’s commitment to Aatmanirbhar Bharat.
A key highlight of the visit was an inspiring interaction with the Station Commander of Bawan Brigade, who motivated the young cadets to uphold the values of discipline, patriotism and courage.
