The rainfall has brought relief from the recent dry spell, particularly in agricultural zones, but has also led to advisories in landslide-prone districts. Officials have urged residents to stay alert, especially in vulnerable hilly terrain and flood-prone areas.

More rains are expected in the coming days under the influence of a monsoon trough, according to weather officials(DD)
