Kargil, DD, A delegation of Zila Sainik Welfare Board, Kargil called upon the Deputy Commissioner Kargil Rakesh Kumar, IAS today at the DC Office chamber.
The delegation was comprised of Zila Sainik Welfare Officer, Kargil Captain (IN) AK Pawar, President Ex Servicemen Welfare Trust Haji Ahmad Hussain, and other representatives of Zila Sainik Welfare Office, Lhawang Stanzin and Basharat Hussain.
The delegation welcomed the Deputy Commissioner with traditional khatak and congratulated him for hus new role as Deputy Commissioner Kargil.
Subsequently, a detailed discussion on various issues pertaining to Veer Naris and Ex-Servicemen of Kargil was carried out.
Zila Sainik Welfare Officer, Kargil apprised the Deputy Commissioner, who is also the President of Zila Sainik Welfare Office, about current status of Construction of Zila Sainik Welfare Office cum Sarai.
The Deputy Commissioner assured that all assistance will be given for resolution of various issues pertaining to Ex-Servicemen of the region.DD
