Hyderabad’s notorious fraudster apprehended by Nowabad Police Station, Jammu

Jammu:TDD, In a significant achievement, Jammu Police today successfully apprehended a notorious fraudster from Hyderabad, identified as Shaheensha Shareef, who has been involved in multiple cases of cheating, fraud, and rape across Telangana and Odisha.

During a routine patrol in the Dogra Chowk area, a police party led by SHO Police Station Nowabad noticed the suspect moving suspiciously. 

Upon questioning, he failed to provide satisfactory responses and was subsequently taken into custody.

Upon further interrogation, Shareef revealed his true identity. 

Jammu Police immediately contacted Hyderabad authorities and uncovered that the accused was involved in 10 FIRs related to rape, cheating, fraud, and criminal breach of trust* in various police stations in Telangana, as well as one FIR of cheating in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. 

He was also absconding in a rape case from Hyderabad.

Following necessary legal procedures, the accused was handed over to the Hyderabad Police, who had traveled to Jammu upon learning of his arrest.
