Assistance Amidst Adversity: Ramban Police Provide Relief to Stranded Passengers

Ramban, TDD ,In response to the heavy snowfall that has halted traffic along National Highway 44, the Ramban Police, under the direction of higher authorities have stepped up to provide essential support to stranded passengers.
The severe weather conditions, which began yesterday, led to slippery roads and significant congestion on NH-44, leaving approximately 600 to 700 passengers stranded.
Recognizing the urgency of the situation, the local police took immediate action to assist those affected.
Police worked tirelessly to distribute food, water, tea, and biscuits to the stranded individuals.
⁠The Ramban Police remain committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers, providing every possible assistance during these challenging circumstances. They are working diligently to restore normalcy and facilitate the safe passage of travelers once conditions improve.TDD
