Srinagar,(DD) Security forces killed one unidentified terrorist during an ongoing encounter in the Loorgam Nadar area of Tral today early morning.

According to a senior police official, the operation began after specific intelligence inputs about the movement of militants in the area. A cordon and search operation was launched, during which the hiding terrorists opened fire on the security forces, triggering a fierce gunfight.
