The court, comprising Chief Justice Tashi Rabstan and Hon’ble Justice MA Chowdhary, passed the order on March 26, 2025. The petitioner was represented by Advocate Ahtsham Hussain with Tafheem Qousar.
As per the court order, the impugned recovery order dated October 24, 2024, will remain stayed, provided the petitioner deposits 30% of the penalty during the notice period. This relief is subject to any objections raised by the opposing party.
