Kishtwar,TDD, October 26, In a significant development, the J&K Panchayat Secretary Association successfully constituted block units for all 13 blocks in the Kishtwar district.
This milestone was achieved under the close supervision of Sh. Zahid Rashid, Designated Election Observer, and Sh. Aijaz Hussain, Returning Officer, with the support of Sh. Sameer Sharma, District President.
The constitution of the block units was a unanimous decision, reached after thorough deliberations among the participants.
The newly appointed presidents and their teams were congratulated, with high hopes that they will work tirelessly for the betterment of the Panchayat Secretary Cadre in their respective blocks.
Sh. Zahid Rashid and Sh. Aijaz Hussain expressed their satisfaction with the formal constitution of the block units, which was achieved through a unanimous resolution.
This development marks a significant step forward for the J&K Panchayat Secretary Association and is expected to bolster the organization’s presence in the Kishtwar district.

Moieen Ahmed Kelam President Inderwal, Sh. Rahul Raina President Block Kishtwar, Sh. Shabir Ahmed , President Block Marwah, Sh. Iftikhar Hassan President Block Mughalmaidan , Sh. Vijay Kumar President Block Nagseni, Sh. Amit Thakur President Block Padder, Sh. Mohsin Hassan President Block Palmar , Sh. Sunil Kumar Sharma, President Block Thakrie, Sh. Nasir Aslam President Block Trigam and Sh. Sh. Mohd Hussain , President Block Warwan.
