Poonch: DD, Member legislative Assembly from Poonch, Ajaz Jan, on Tuesday inaugurated blacktopping work at Mangnar Panchayat in Poonch Block.
MLA Poonch, Ajaz Jan, today inaugurated the work of blacktopping at Mangnar Panchayat in Poonch Block. Speaking on the occasion, Jan said that providing better road connectivity to the people of remote and rural areas has always been his priority.
He added that good roads not only ensure smooth travel but also open new avenues for development, trade, education, and healthcare.
MLA interacted with the local residents and assured them that all pending developmental works in the area will be taken up on priority.
He emphasized that the government is committed to strengthening infrastructure in every panchayat to uplift the standard of living of the people.
Local residents expressed their gratitude to Ajaz Jan for fulfilling their long-pending demand and starting the blacktopping work, which will greatly benefit the commuters and nearby villages. (KNC)
