Kargil, DD, The newly joined Deputy Commissioner/ CEO, LAHDC, Kargil, Rakesh Kumar chaired an introductory meeting today with sectoral heads and district officers of Kargil district at conference Hall Baroo.
While addressing the maiden meeting after assuming the charge, the DC directed the officers to work with utmost dedication and commitment for the welfare of people of the district. He emphasized swift execution of works under set timelines for holistic development of the district, besides implementation of Government policies and schemes on ground in an effective and timely manner.
Deputy Commissioner, Rakesh Kumar instructed the officers to be responsive and accessible to people and foster quick decision-making abilities in resolving public grievances. He stressed all the officers to ensure punctuality and discipline to ensure timely redressal of public issues.
Present in the meeting were, JD Finance/CCF Kargil, JD Planning, Assistant Commissioner Development, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Superintending Engineer R&B, Superintending Engineer Hydrolics, besides other sectoral heads and district officers.DD
