Pawan Khajuria triggers row: Says his fight between real and fake BJP

Udhampur, Sep 22 (TDD) : Udhampur Independent candidate Pawan Khajuria, contesting from the Udhampur East Assembly constituency, kicked off his campaign day with a series of public meetings across various localities. 

The candidate’s tour included stops at Seen Brahmana, Dhanu, Dhanu Kah, Battal Ballian, Rathore Palace, Kashirah, Mandaist, Bikhangala, Malhar, and Garnai.

Throughout these gatherings, Khajuria received an overwhelmingly positive response from the local populace. Residents welcomed him with flower garlands and expressed their wholehearted support for his candidacy. Many locals asserted that Pawan Khajuria’s name is on everyone’s lips, citing his proven track record of community service and accessibility.

Supporters highlighted Khajuria’s tenure as the Chairman of the Municipality, during which they claim he transformed the face of the entire city. They recalled his efforts to provide employment opportunities by facilitating vending licenses for unemployed individuals. Residents also praised Khajuria’s round-the-clock availability to assist people in remote villages during times of crisis.

In his address to the gatherings, Khajuria expressed deep gratitude for the public’s recognition of his past work and their continued support. He reaffirmed his commitment to serving the people tirelessly, promising to remain accessible and dedicated to addressing their concerns day and night.

Khajuria cautioned the public against being misled by certain politicians, asserting that the electorate has become more aware and discerning. He emphasized that voters now understand the difference between genuine service and empty promises.

Khajuria sought the blessings and support of the people, urging them to maintain their faith in him. Khajuria reminded voters of his election symbol – the sewing machine – and his serial number 7 on the ballot, calling on supporters to spread this information to ensure his victory in the upcoming election.

Speaking to the media, Khajuria stated, “My fight is not against the BJP, but rather between the real and fake BJP.” He explained that he has given 35 years to the party. “We want to prove that we are the real BJP, and those others are the fake BJP,” he asserted.

Khajuria also emphasized his loyalty to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying, “We have been with Narendra Modi and will always remain so, as he is a world-renowned leader and the Prime Minister of our country.”The independent candidate’s campaign appears to be gaining momentum, with significant public support visible at his recent political gatherings in the Udhampur East constituency.(TDD)
