Phulail Singh, JKAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Hiranagar, today conducted a surprise visit to various government offices in Tehsil Dinga-Amb to assess the ground situation and check the punctuality of staff. The visit aimed to ensure that the offices are functioning efficiently and effectively, providing quality services to the public.
During the visit, the SDM inspected the Tehsildar office, BDO office, Patwar Khana, High School Dinga-Amb, and Primary Health Centre Dinga-Amb. At the school, he interacted with students and staff, discussing their difficulties and potential solutions. The SDM’s interaction with the students and staff reflected his commitment to improving the education system and addressing the concerns of the local community.
The SDM also met with various deputations and applicants in the BDO office and Tehsil office, listening to their grievances and providing guidance on the way forward. He directed the officers to maintain punctuality in their offices, emphasizing the importance of timely service delivery for the convenience of the public.
The surprise visit demonstrated the SDM’s dedication to ensuring accountability and transparency in government offices, ultimately benefiting the local population.
