Jammu, TDD,Brigadier PS Cheema SM,VSM Group Commander, NCC Group Jammu accompanied by Col Muneesh Jasrotia, CO 2 J&K Girls Battalion and Col Yash Chibber, J&K Battalion NCC visited BSF Senior Secondary School Paloura & GDC Paloura. He interacted with the Heads of both the Institutes, SW, SD, JW & JD ANOs and the cadets.
During his visit he touched upon,
the importance of the conduct of various NCC activities during the training year to achieve maximum impact.
The importance of selecting the desired standard of first year cadets.
The importance of institutional support to the ANOs for conduct of training.
Ensuring that all cadets achieve the eligibility for certificate exam, as early as possible. Especially for cadets in class XIIth.
The Commander also presided over the Rank ceremony of SD and SW cadets at GDC Paloura.
In his address to the cadets he exhorted them to understand and follow the correct mix of Attitude, Aptitude, Belief, Confidence, Courage, Character, Capability and Discipline to achieve success in all aspects of life.TDD
